Zoom into Soil: Our Living Soil
The latest webinar in the Zoom into Soil series, hosted by the British Society of Soil Science, took place on the 4 August 2021. With one year to go until the World Congress of Soil Science 2022 (31 July 2022 to 5 August 2022) this episode focused on the arts and cultural side of that event- Our Living Soil! Featuring the creative duo behind Soil Voices, Jude Allen and Isla Robertson, this webinar was an interactive session centered around connecting individuals with their soil; finding their own unique ‘Soil Voice’.
Making a departure from the usual, more science-based, offering of this series, this webinar requires no previous knowledge of soil science and has a broad appeal for all age groups. We here highly recommend this webinar for its inspiring theme and almost meditative tone; just make sure you have a pot of soil with you when watching so you can fully participate!
